Health is not just about being physically fit but having an all round development spiritually, mentally and physically. Spiritual healing in terms of maintaining faith in god is another way of maintaining health. Moreover one should be very outgoing in terms of social relationships by going to clubs and gyms. Food that is to be eaten should be in rich mineral and vitamin content and low in fat content. It is essential that one should consume fruits during the day especially during a snack break eating a banana or apple is more conducive than consuming junk food. In maintaining food hygiene it becomes absolutely necessary to avoid any fast foods.


Exercise is the third contributor to a healthy lifestyle. By jogging 3 rounds around a park, cycling uphill or playing his or her favorite sports such as basketball, football can help cut done on calories. Moreover meditating would prove to be a definite stress buster as it would enhance one?s concentration and remove fatigue.


Good food and plenty of exercise are just part of the process of achieving a sense of self develops. Apart from these paying attention to ones day to day routines such as not smoking and drinking alcohol will increase a sense of well-being. Maintenance of the healthy lifestyle is conducive to a psychological well-being. This well-being is achieved if one has the right attitude towards life. One should have a sense of awareness of his or her lifestyle, as it will bring a sense of heightened self-esteem. Good food and exercise only contribute to the physical aspect of well being. Spiritual health is another key component in achieving all round happiness. Ones faith in religion is a good way to maintaining a positive attitude. Faith increases persons self concepts as his worries and anxieties find a solace that can be counseled upon by the religious institute. In the existential nature of modern man that seems to becoming more alienated in his work place and home he is finding it difficult to spend quality time. In this situation it becomes necessary that a person spend more time with his family as it would integrate a sense of well-being in the family members and remove each one of them away from loneliness.


A person?s psychological well being is an imperative to providing an all round health development. His mental life should be absolutely free from anxiety, depression and stress. Maintaining a positive self concept and removing any pessimistic thoughts can achieve this. A person worries more if his frustration increases by not achieving the goals. This is so only when either the goal is too big for that person to achieve or his personality potential cannot bear it.


Therefore the key to happiness is the all round development of health is physical, spiritual and mental aspects. With heightened happiness one will entail better a better self concept. Give students confidence to inspire them in sports and life.
